Refund policy

Returns, replacements and damage

Pads, liners and tampons are sealed personal care products. Once a box has shipped we cannot take them back and resell them, so we do not accept returns on opened or unopened period care.

We will replace a box, free, if:

• it arrived damaged or wet
• the contents are the wrong size or the wrong mix
• the creature is broken
• the card's code will not scan
• the box never arrived

Email contact@fortunecoochi.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and, for damage, a photo. We send a replacement — we do not ask you to ship anything back.

Refunds on prepaid plans (season and year)

If you prepaid for a season or a year and cancel partway through, here is exactly how we work out your refund.

When you cancel early, the boxes you already received are re-priced at our normal monthly price for your size — shipping included, same as a monthly customer pays. Everything left over is refunded.

Worked example. A year of Light costs $324 for 12 boxes. Our monthly price for Light is $28.50 a box, all in. You cancel after three boxes:

• 3 boxes × $28.50 = $85.50 kept
• $324.00 − $85.50 = $238.50 refunded

You will never owe us anything for cancelling. If the boxes you received come to more than you paid, your refund is $0 and we do not bill the difference.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, within five business days of cancelling.

The creature and the trading card in each box are a gift. We never deduct anything for them, whichever creature you got.
