Shipping policy

When your box ships

Your box is timed to your cycle, not to a calendar date. We ship it to arrive before your period starts, based on the cycle length and last start date you gave us at signup. One box per month.

Shipping is $8.50 a box, added at checkout. On season and year plans, shipping for every box in the plan is collected with your order: $34.00 for a season of 4 boxes, $102.00 for a year of 12.

Where we ship

The United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally yet.

If your cycle shifts

Cycles move, and ours is a prediction. If yours comes early or runs late, your box may not land on the day you expected. You can change your delivery date yourself at any time from your account — if your cycle has shifted, that is the fastest fix, and it updates every box after it too.

If a box is late or does not arrive

If tracking has not moved for five days, or the box has not arrived within ten days of shipping, email contact@fortunecoochi.com. We will replace it. You do not need to wait for the carrier to finish an investigation first — a box that arrives after your period is no use to you, so we would rather send another one than be right about whose fault it was.

Address changes

Update your address from your account before your next ship date. If a box has already gone out to an old address, email us and we will sort it.
